About Chris

Chris is a true blue Otago bloke. From growing up in Milton he is no stranger to hard work! Chris trained as a plumber and drain layer in his earlier years then promptly started his own business based in Mosgiel. The trade sector is where Chris first found his passion for real estate, obtaining many contracts to develop local subdivisions before transitioning into a Building and Project Manager for over 40 properties and counting! Not only has Chris made a name for himself locally as a businessman, Hindon farmer, Mosgiel/Taieri Community Board Member and volunteer fire-fighter, but also in the wider New Zealand sphere as a Championship Motorsport driver competing to a high level across the country. Proudly involved with the local Otago Sports Car Club, Chris also currently holds the position of Motor Sport NZ Steward. Family orientated, Chris values supporting local communities. With wife Julie and two adult children Jordain and Wade teamwork has been the driving factor behind Chris’s success and he prides himself on building relationships based on honesty and integrity. Chris’s dedication and vast expertise ensures seamless and successful outcomes for all of his clients!

Excellent

Very pleasant experience with Chris. From the start, he was highly responsive to my questions even outside of normal working hours. He also helped me organise moving a bed I'd purchased before settlement since we didn’t have storage & even assisted with lifting it on the day which was well beyond what you’d expect from an agent. Thanks again for all your assistance in purchasing my first home.

Chris Adams and BeReal Estate

Chris is a superb communicator and has served us well in our sale of the Helensburgh Rd property. He has given us much support in knowing what to do initially in preparing the property for sale, and then during the sale process. He reported regularly on open homes, buyers' feedback and guiding us through the negotiating phase. I would thoroughly recommend Chris to prospective vendors and encourage highly to use such a skilled agent.
