Agencies in Toko Mouth, Otago

I found Sandra to be persistent and dedicated. She would rally confidence, relieve anxiety whilst working alongside you as a team. Sandra has local knowledge, takes time to assess what the seller needs to achieve while assisting a buyer to see potential. Always cheerful and positive, I would have no hesitation in working with Sandra again or recommending her services.

Shelly came on board right from the start of this exercise gave sound market information and an appropriate recommendation for the sale process. Working with a Committee based in three locations was no problem for her at all. She was happy to pace her work to the approval process of the committee and the intermittent work availability of all involved. Once the marketing commenced she provided a suitable number of open homes until she was able to table an offer. The sale process progressed at speed and a very satisfactory result emerged.
