Unfortunately the house sale journey was long and full of ups and downs but throughout the many months it took, Anita remained positive and supportive. From the beginning she demonstrated her knowledge of specific aspects which would be important for us to attend to even before our house went on the market. One example of this was encouraging us to get a building inspection done. This uncovered a variety of issues the most serious of which we were able to get rectified. Unfortunately a recent updating of lim reports highlighting property risks became quite a stumbling block for prospective buyers needing to get insurance. It would have been good to have had guidance available to speed that process up.
