Anita and team listened to us and prepared the campaign that met our requirements and presented our property in the best way possible. We had a tenant. They respected our wishes and those of our tenants in hosting open homes inspecting the property and generally all things to do with activities that would otherwise have been inconvenient for the tenant and we really appreciated that. We came away with a successful sale to some lovely people, though we didn’t hit the target we set out to get we were happy with the result all around and that thanks goes to Anita and her team’s efforts. Anita and Enrique made the whole process easy. We arranged a same-day private viewing with Anita on a Monday, and from there the whole process was seamless. Anita and Enrique kept us informed right the way through the process with timely and friendly communication throughout the negotiation. They made arranging the building inspection simple, and within a month of first viewing we had the keys and a thoughtful moving in gift from them waiting for us when we arrived.
