After a few months house hunting, we met Michelle at an Auction and immediately warmed to her and her partner, Ben. Michelle was always clear on what we needed to do to secure a property without being pushy. She took time to get to know us and our preferences, which seemed to shift with each property we looked at! Michelle helped us organise private viewings at times that worked for us, as well as providing us with detailed information that wasn't immediately available. Michelle and Ben worked seamlessly together - when one wasn't available, the other stepped in completely up to date with where we were at.

We have sold 2 houses recently with Nic, Misaki and team and we couldn't be happier. There was no problem that couldn't be solved, they worked around our family needs, communicated well, and worked really hard to get both places sold in a very short time frame, both for great prices. The process of the sale of our property has been longer than we all wanted, in a difficult buyer's market, but Angela has been with us for every step of the way. She has always kept us up to date and informed while clearly trying to encourage and facilitate buyers to come and view our property. She has the knack of liaising with all parties and providing them with as much information as possible. Angela will also 'be the grown up' when things are difficult and made us focus on the end goal and how we are going to get there. I really appreciate Angela's support going through this process - not a day went by without a text or call from her. Now we are happily moving onto the next phase of our lives - the pressure is off.
