Professional and responsive agent

We recently bought this property where Ben represented the vendors. Throughout the pre-purchase process, he was highly responsive, quick to get answers to our questions from the sellers, and very accommodating with arranging additional viewings. On auction day, we did feel he put a bit of unnecessary pressure on us to stretch past our comfort zone and naturally favoured the seller's interests, but overall, his communication and organisation made the buying process smooth.

Rapid response to all & any question. Great personalities. Nothing asked was too much bother. Great.

Ben & Michelle were top notch in making sure we were both on the same page at all times. As a couple of oldies we found the process of selling & purchasing quite out there so to have Ben & Michelle’s quiet confidence & assurances meant so much to us. While we are very familiar with the area having lived nearby in the past it was still assuring to hear their thoughts of the surrounding area etc. Both Ben & Michelle were so prompt in responding & actioning our questions & requests.
