Sharon Maxwell

I loved the photos they organized of the house. Also the marking of the home as it didn't take that long to sell.

Selling our home with Sharon, Kaitlyn and the team was one of the best decisions we made. They were incredibly supportive, approachable, and genuinely invested in getting the best outcome for us. Their expertise, communication, and attention to detail made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy. We achieved a result we were pleased with in a falling market and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Friendly and professional throughout from first viewing, negotiation and offer signing. Never felt pressured. Comms since going unconditional continue to be friendly and informative.

Well priced could always be cheaper

Being located in the area they demonstrated a very strong knowledge of the local market and potential buyers. Communication and consultation were excellent, and great back up provided by the sales and administration teams.

I highly recommend selling with Sharon and the team. Exceptional care, service and attention. From start to finish the professionalism was excellent. Sharon always ensured updates and attention to detail throughout the process. After selling a number of homes elsewhere, I can see why she is a top-rated agent. A safe pair of hands to guide you through the process and a top negotiator. Thanks to Sharon and her team for a fantastic job well done.
