Nik was always very responsive and communicated quickly and effectively. He made himself available to assist with letting in tradesmen and well as potential buyers. His advice to paint, recarpet and generally freshen up the place was invaluable. The suggestion to use the professionals at Smart Staging was really the icing on the cake and we can confirm that it was their furnishing the house to such a high standard that created a lot of interest and ultimately assisted in securing the sale. Nik has experience and knowledge that took the stress off us wondering what to do next and made the makeover seemless. He took on little jobs like sourcing an exit cleaner and giving them access out of hours when we were working on a tight time frame. He did everything he stated he would do and all the open homes were on time, well patronised and Nik reported back as soon as they were over each time. We were selling on behalf of an aged parent and were not anywhere near the location of the house and Nik kept the tradies to their timetables and everything flowed. As we were frequently unavailable due to hospital visits and in the middle of the sale process, the death of my parent we were very grateful that Nik just ran the marketing campaign for us. He was empathetic but never let up on being in the right place at the right time whenever he was needed. We are truly grateful that he took on this project and it had a very successful outcome.
