We cannot speak highly enough of Gareth & Toni they are an excellent team. We had the privilege of working with them during the sale of our home & subsequent purchase of our new property. As a first-home buyer, I had read many negative reviews about realtors and had experienced a few soulless interactions myself. Naturally, this left me feeling cautious, sceptical, and lacking confidence in the buying process. That all changed when I met Adam. From our first phone call before viewing the property, I could immediately tell he genuinely loved what he did and took real pride in the community I would soon call home. When we met in person, he was everything I hadn’t expected from a realtor - authentic, respectful, approachable, and never once pushy. Where do I start? First of all, I couldn’t have asked for a better agent than Melissa Bryham from Harcourts Manly. Mel is extremely efficient, has fantastic communication, and is absolutely amazing at her job. What’s even better is that Mel sold my house within around 5 days! If you want someone who is fast, efficient, and truly gets results, then Mel is the person you want selling your property. Mel has sold a few of my properties over the years, and I keep going back because she is unlike any other agent. She genuinely cares about people and not just making a quick commission like some other agents do. I highly recommend Mel. She is open, honest, and trustworthy, which in my opinion is hard to find these days in the real estate industry.
