Harry knocked on my door several months ago and introduced himself and asked was I interested in selling. As a matter of fact I was contemplating just that at that time. That was the start of a very easy and pleasant experience. There was no pressure to move quickly as I had things to address to present the house in its best condition. Harry visited occasionally and when we got to having the 'real conversations' he came up with a plan that suited me very well. Plan 'A' was for him to have one open home for his client base and see if that was enough to sell the property. Well, as it turned out that's all it took. Simple. No plan 'B' or 'C' required. No marketing and no endless open homes. Harry kept in regular contact during the process and kept me in the loop constantly. I never felt the need to 'chase' him. At this stage of my life this worked out perfectly for me. Job well done Harry Hollyer and I certainly recommend other people considering selling to give Harry a call. He takes care of everything effortlessly.
