Our experience in selling our beloved Dalefield home through Oliver Road Queenstown was exceptional. Over many years of buying and selling, we've seen a few agents, and Cam and Omea stood out for their pro-active, organised and highly professional approach, right from the very first interaction. Their attention to detail is impressive and ensures every last thing is thought through. Working during a really tough period in the market, we never doubted their dedication to our property and how innovative they were in marketing, presentation, tweaks to messaging, drawing up beautifully presented options for further expansion of the property if buyers wanted to go down that path, etc. New website tools were introduced as the listing went to market and indepth feedback sessions always kept us in the loop as to what potential buyers thought. The fact that we ended up in a multi-offer situation with two overseas buyers speaks volumes to their diligence and relationship building with buyers to get not one, but two, offers on paper at a time when many agents have struggled to get buyers to commit. Their indepth market knowledge is figures-based, not anecdotal, and drawn from not just recent sales but historic growth, economic forecasting and other data breakdowns to help establish the value of a property, now and into the future. Cam loved our home the minute he walked in the door, and that passion stayed constant throughout the process. Omea joined the team about half way through and also became a huge advocate. Their enthusiasm was genuine and it was picked up on by viewers. The level of detail that they can give enquirers is impressive, everything is covered, leaving no surprises or unanswered questions.
