Megan was very kind and friendly and accommodating of us looking at the property multiple times. She explained the process and she stuck to that sale process which we respected. As long as we knew the rules of engagement and trusted that was fair for all parties we felt more comfortable that when we made our best price offer that that was the rule for all. We ended up picking out the winning price and Megan and Amelia surprised us at our home with a bottle of champagne and a SOLD sign! That was extra special!
