As well as being talented musically, he is an awesome real estate agent to work with. Completely transparent, honest, and helpful when things need doing around the property you are selling. I've seen him deal with difficult tenants when trying to sell a house they rent; I know he tended weeding as we do not live in Queenstown where the house is for sale. I can say that Steve Hanrahan did exceptionally well to sell our house against the odds of the government lowering the threshold of investors being able to sell their house after only two years which flooded the Queenstown market and made it very hard to sell our house but he is a persistent and passionate agent whom doesn’t give up and managed to reach an acceptable agreement with us and buyers after a prolonged effort , I would highly recommend Steve to any potential client . And he was one of only three agents whom actually answered our call straight away when we wished to cell
