Such as shame buyer’s agents are not common in NZ because as you know I have been looking for a house for years so please consider coming one by as you would be great as you listened to me and were extremely efficient, especially once we were over the line as the successful purchaser. In my extensive house hunt, it felt that no believed me that we were serious house hunters. Buyers at an auction are never at any advantage, as no one walks the path beside you. Once through that, this has been the best buyer experience of all the houses we have purchased. This is the 5th house we have owned. It has ended a very exhaustive house search over years. We know the previous owners were very sad to leave the house and I’m sure we will love living in the house, just as much as they did. Thanks again Sarah.
