Lecta is a great agent. She explained all steps of the process with me, and was a great communicator at all stages. Her advice and marketing suggestions, were spot on. She was extremely professional and the advice to go to auction was spot on. Her working partnership with the auctioneer was also extremely helpful. She knew the market as had experience in the area my house was located. As a result of her had work there was good interest in my house which subsequently sold within and excellent timeframe. Tessa originally helped me as a draftsman on my build, so I knew how she worked before I hired her to sell it. She was just as good as an agent. She sent a vendor report every week and was straight with me whether things were busy or quiet. She tracked competing listings, chased buyers waiting on finance, and always got back to me quickly. When the offers came in she moved fast and kept everything clear, even with several counter offers going back and forth in one day. The sale went through smoothly. Her design background is a real bonus, because she understands how a house is built and can talk about it with authority.
