I had a wonderful experience working with Kathy. She is incredibly genuine, honest, and professional, and made the entire process feel far less stressful than expected. Communication was always easy and clear, and she was consistently responsive, approachable, and proactive throughout the purchase process. I really appreciated her transparency, calm manner, and willingness to answer questions quickly and thoroughly. What stood out most was how trustworthy and authentic she was - I always felt well informed and supported as a first-home buyer. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a real estate agent who combines professionalism with genuine care for her clients.

Kathy was excellent at communicating and keeping me informed. She offered considerable support and I would be happy to recommend her to friends and family.

VK and his team prepared a perfect campaign and the result exceeded our expectations in a difficult housing market. From our experience, we believe every word of all the good reviews they are given and rate them with the highest recommendation. We have bought and sold several homes over many years, selecting VK is the best housing decision we have ever made.

Alex Wu was professional, hardworking, and ultimately achieved a successful sale of our property. From the beginning, he was very positive about the home, praising its presentation, tasteful renovations, and character appeal, which gave us confidence in pursuing an auction campaign with him. Throughout the process, Alex was proactive with suggestions to improve buyer appeal, and there was strong attendance at open homes. As the campaign progressed, buyer feedback led to some adjustments in expectations and strategy, eventually moving away from auction toward a deadline sale. In the end, while the result was a little below our original expectations, we recognise that selling a property is never straightforward, with market conditions and buyer perceptions always playing a role. We appreciate Alex’s efforts, communication, and commitment throughout the campaign, especially as we were preparing for extended overseas travel.

Always replies promptly to querries!!!

Mona Lisa's communication was awesome and her market knowledge very professional. Mona Lisa met our target and more. As I was very new to selling I felt very comfortable and reasured at all times. Mona made it a very easy process. Her mannerism with the whole process was above and beyond. I would recommend Mona to my friends and family. Once again Mona Lisa thank you for your expertise as an Agent.

She and Michael worked together as a wonderful team understanding what clients were looking out for and thus advised me as what was needed to upgrade my property to get best value for my property. Debbie-Lee was great at helping my partner and I get into our first home. Always very responsive and was constantly on the Phone to ensure the best result for both parties. Her experience and knowledge were welcome to us as first timers.

I highly recommend Debbie-Lee to anyone looking to sell their property. She has been incredibly dedicated and professional throughout the entire process, especially given the challenges we faced along the way. As I am based overseas, clear and consistent communication was absolutely critical — and Debbie-Lee delivered exactly that. She kept me fully informed at every stage, promptly updated me on progress, and ensured I always felt at esse about what was happening. What truly stood out was her proactive approach. She didn’t just wait for things to happen; she continually suggested practical ideas and strategies to help move the sale forward. Her commitment, persistence, and positive attitude made a real difference. Personally, I’m extremely pleased with her service and very grateful for her hard work. I would not hesitate to recommend Debbie-Lee to anyone looking for a dedicated and trustworthy agent.

Linda had strong market knowledge for our area. She had clear communication with us with a clear plan of action. Have her looking for our next home.

Jean sold my property in a difficult Auckland market - and earned it. I live in France, so every conversation was at an awkward hour. Always came back promptly and never left me guessing where things stood. Selling remotely, that was great. Good advice on pricing, well run open homes, staging that lifted the property, advertising that brought the right buyers through, and patient handling of a lot of detailed enquiries. She told me what I needed to hear rather than what I wanted to. We had offers fall over along the way. They kept the momentum and finished with a clean unconditional sale. Recommended without hesitation.
