Lecta is a great agent. She explained all steps of the process with me, and was a great communicator at all stages. Her advice and marketing suggestions, were spot on. She was extremely professional and the advice to go to auction was spot on. Her working partnership with the auctioneer was also extremely helpful. She knew the market as had experience in the area my house was located. As a result of her had work there was good interest in my house which subsequently sold within and excellent timeframe. I will be recommended Lecta to any friends and family should they choose to list their homes in the future.
