Honest, reliable and extremely knowledgeable.

Salim gave a honest and realistic valuation of my property, and provided tips on how to capture and present key features which buyers would be interested in. Thought out the course of the open homes and any other meetings which had been organised, Salim was on time, communicated well and provided current movements or changes promptly. Salim is a seasoned professional, he knows the Wellington market well and as such is able to market, advertise and get the desired result. This is possible due to his warm personality and because he genuinely wants to find the perfect home for Buyers and help Sellers with their next dream home. Salim is professional and as such any complications as handled calmly and resolved effectively. For any future sales or purchases I would absolutely trust Salim to be my agent
