They worked as a team to help stage the house (essential), were proactive with marketing and the sale process itself. After every open home, Steve kept me informed on how they went. Marketing was very professional (I couldn't ask for better) and the eventual sale process at the end was handled smoothly and promptly.

During our hunt for our first home, we went to three months' worth of viewings across Wellington, talking to many different agents. None compare to the Sotheby's team. Our first of three offers was through Mitch, and the service and communication was amazing. Mitch is knowledgable, quick to respond, and very professional while maintaining an approachable and friendly style. We went through another agency for our second offer and were very disappointed by the lack of communication and property knowledge, and found the process stressful. Finally, back to the team at Sotheby's for the third-time's-the-charm offer. Mitch, Steve, and Elyse are excellent to work with; they made our offer work on a very tight turnaround that required them to work Saturday and evenings, and have been great with all the follow-ups since the offer was accepted.
