Market knowledge was good although we were unsure about the recommended method of selling. Although we had few people interested, Andrea obviously followed up thoroughly after open homes and negotiated a sale and landed a price we were comfortable with. Friendly, helpful and we feel we got good value for money.

Preparation, advice and follow up was excellent. One area of suggested attention is to enquire why people would want to live in our area. Magno’s focus on the property and the market was excellent but he didn’t ask why Ferndale. The Sotheby’s agent who sold a neighbouring property made a point of taking prospective buyers through the neighbourhood sharing local knowledge.

We recently purchased a property through Karl and were super impressed with his approach. We have dealt with a few agents and found him to be refreshingly different. He was genuine, honest and open from the start which we have found to be a rare trait in his profession and nothing was too much trouble for him. We went through an unexpected family medical crisis and instead of having to pull out of the buying process, Karl really stepped up to help us. His communication and professionalism were always top notch. He focused on a successful outcome for both the buyer and seller.
