Mike and the team at Luxe are fantastic to deal with. He brings a refreshingly honest and practical approach to achieving a sale, and communicates clearly with all parties to deliver the best possible outcome. His extensive database of clients significantly widened our reach when marketing our property. He also engaged with buyers well beyond the local area, resulting in several offers from outside our region. From the outset, Mike provided an accurate estimate of our property’s value. He helped us understand its appeal to buyers (as well as what didn’t!), and advised on what improvements would make the biggest difference. Dans experience really helped in this process. Knowing the market, understanding what buyers need to see and hear are the insights that Dan offers.
