She liaised with another Real Estate agent to find a purchaser for an apartment in a building that required seismic strengthening. Provided advice, that proved correct, not to go to the market when the purchaser was unable to raise the required funds. Six months later was able to link up with the earlier prospective purchaser through her contacts resulting in a contract to sell. The sale was successful although there were a number of difficulties along the way that she provided help to resolve. I would employ Kate again and recommend her to others.

Kate went above and beyond for the sale of my apartment. She helped us make key styling choices for our staging which in the end helped our property sell over another similar apartment in the building. The buyer specifically stated our property styling was the reason they chose to offer on ours. Further, she ended up getting us a decent increase on the other apartments for sale in the building at the same time.
