Ada Yang

We had a wonderful experience working with Ada，again. From the very beginning, she was professional, responsive, and genuinely attentive to our needs. Her communication was clear and timely, and she made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We truly appreciated her support and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trusted real estate professional.

I viewed a lot of houses, and Ada was always patient and proactive in finding options for us. She never complained and always had a positive attitude. When we decided on this house, Ada did her very best to help us secure it. I've dealt with many real estate agents, and she was definitely the best of them all. I'm so grateful to have met her, and luckily we got the house we wanted in the end. I really appreciate her help and wish her all the best for the future.

Appreciate all your help via video call & messages while we have been going through the buying process from up north. Thank you for answering any questions we had so promptly. ☺️

We started looking for a home with Ada at the beginning of 2026, and it wasn’t until the end of August that we finally completed our purchase. From the very beginning, Ada told us that she would be there with us throughout the whole journey — and she truly kept that promise. What we appreciated most was that Ada did so much more than simply take us to view properties. With incredible patience, she helped us gradually understand what we were really looking for and realise that knowing our own needs was probably the most important part of finding the right home. When we finally found a house we loved, Ada’s professional auction experience and negotiation skills were invaluable. She helped us secure the property at a very reasonable price, and we couldn’t have been happier with the outcome. We feel incredibly lucky to have had Ada alongside us throughout this journey. She is professional, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what she does. Buying a home is one of the biggest decisions you can make in life, and having someone who truly cares about their work and their clients makes such a difference. We would happily recommend Ada to anyone looking for the right person to guide them through the process.

We had a great experience selling our home. From start to finish, Ada was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They kept us informed throughout the process, answered our questions promptly, and made everything as stress-free as possible. We were very happy with the outcome and would happily recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

This was our first time selling a property, and we couldn’t have asked for better agents than Lin and Ada. Their professionalism, efficiency, and clear communication made the whole journey smooth and easy. They updated us on every step and worked extremely hard to bring in buyers. Thanks to their dedication, our home sold within a month at a price higher than we expected. We sincerely appreciate their hard work and are grateful to have worked with them.
