Murray was consistent in his communication with me about the house sale. We only met twice but I felt confident he was 'on our side' with his knowledge. An unusual property to sell, so we were grateful for his local knowledge and experience.

We honestly couldn’t recommend Murray and Karen highly enough. Buying a home is a huge decision, and having them in our corner made the entire process feel so much easier and less stressful. We had quite a specific and niche list of things we were looking for in a property, and they never made us feel like our expectations were too difficult. They took the time to really understand what mattered to us and were incredibly patient as we searched for the right home. Karen and Murray Groves were the best buyer agents we have worked with! Murray and Karen helped fill out our offer for Patterson Terrace and passed this on to the vendor’s agent. As a mum of young kids this step has actually prevented us from handing offers in on the past, so we were grateful to have someone else word our conditions for us, make sure the paperwork was all in order and hand it in on time.
