Great communication- easy to deal with

Nicky knowledge, marketing ,communication and professionalism was outstanding .
First meet Nicky 5 years ago when I was thinking of selling my house . She gave me some great advise on how to increase the value of my property . After completing these projects, Nicky was the first person I called . Nicky put her knowledge and marketing idea's in place and a good clean up of the property - on the market it went . Hard working and honest
The reason we selected Nicky as our agent is that she provided a much more detailed and realistic appraisal than any other agent we approached. Once we signed a contract with Nicky she worked very hard in a difficult market to find us a buyer. What sets Nicky apart from her peers is that she maintained honesty and integrity throughout the process. Nicky applies hard work to get the job done without resorting to any dishonest tactics. For these reasons I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an agent.

Outstanding!!
Hello everyone! Well the old gal has now been sold! Lot’s of special memories were had in our first family home! But….. we could NOT have gotten there without the beautiful Nicky Horsbrough - Helensville Real Estate!
