Nicki is an awesome real estate agent.
I highly recommend Nicki as an agent & her company Helensville Harcourts. Nicki is professional, friendly & easy to talk with. She went out of her way to explain & sort out any questions or worries I had, even with replacement house information & advice. She always had time to listen to my concerns & talk things through until I was satisfied. Nicki made the whole process less stressful, pleasant & even fun at times. Her comments & advice are sensible, easy to understand & logical. I am satisfied that Nicki genuinely did the best she could for me & not just get a quick sale for her. I would go through Nicki if I ever need to sell a house again.

Fantastic
Nicky is amazing! Her professionalism, knowledge, communication and commitment is outstanding. Her friendly and caring attitude has made the process of selling as least stressful as possible for us. When I unexpectedly had to start chemotherapy half way through her consideration and understanding in accommodating my health situation was exceptional. I cannot thank her enough for all her help. She has also answered questions regarding a possible purchase even though we're moving out of Auckland and she is not the agent selling the property, I can highly recommend Nicky to anyone selling or buying property. A pleasure to deal with
Although everyone knows the real estate agent acts for the seller, not the buyer, as buyers we found Nicky excellent to deal with. She was able to answer all of our questions on the property and the multi-offer process we needed to go through to secure it. Nicky was friendly and pleasant to deal with. And most importantly, not too pushy. We are not intending to resell our new home in the near future, but if we were to, we would list with Nicky.
