wow what can we say!!
From start to finish Nisha has put 110% into the sale of our property keeping us updated on every step. the market has been a hard one but she got us there in the end like she promised. Nicky's market knowledge, communication and professionalism is excellent and second to none!
Some 14 years ago as a purchaser Nicky sold me number 2 Kassa Rise and made the whole experience painless and ultimately rewarding as I moved on to my new life in Helensville, which I have loved. Now, however, as a vendor, the whole process has been slightly more complicated, but ultimately equally rewarding, as once again it is time to move on to the next phase of my life. Throughout the whole process of selling my beloved home Nicky from day one has been the consummate professional; empathetic, honest, very competent, a great communicator and market savvy as she guided me through the intricacies of selling. She was so patient, always keeping me informed, explaining everything to me (more than once!), always calm and always ready with her lovely smile.
