Nicky recently sold our property in Kaukapakapa. There were comments from various people that the property had been on the market for quite some time, however, what those folks didn't realise was that Nicky had a contract in place within a few weeks of our property being on the market - but unfortunately the buyers were unable to sell their property to proceed.
