Willing to do whatever it takes for a good fair result.

You can tell the difference in this industry with driven people doing it for the love of the job not just the rewards. Harcourts were the first choice and from day 1 Nisha was engaged. You can sign up anywhere you like but I want attention and results and with Nisha both came through. There’s a type of person that doses well in real estate and my agent dose exactly that !

Clear communication with an honest very knowledgeable agent ensured a fast sale.

Nicky explained a marketing strategy for my property and made sure I understood it and was happy with the plan. She then listened to my lived experience of 26 years living at my property. The listing and video en capturing this. Resulting in a listing that attracted a lot of prospective buyers attending the open homes. Eventually after only a month of open homes there was a multi offer situation. Nicky handled the negotiations with the utmost professionalism resulting in a good settlement which I am happy with.

We only have good things to say about our experience with Nicky

Having bought and sold a few properties in the past, we knew exactly what we wanted in the way of a real estate agent. In my opinion, too many sellers are tempted to list with the agent who suggests the highest selling price. Or an agent who is a long term friend. Or someone who lives close to the property being sold. All too often, the agent who suggested the highest selling price is the first one to come along after a few weeks asking that the price be lowered to "meet the market". We wanted an agent with a proven track record selling properties similar to ours. An agent who handles open homes in a professional manner. An agent who knows people in the area and knows how to network with those people. Basically, we wanted an agent that understands marketing. If that agent happens to be a good friend, that's a bonus, but not a requirement. After considerable thought, we felt that we would like to have two agents jointly responsible for selling our property. Having Nicky Horsbrough and Robin Kerr at Harcourts The Difference working together gave us total confidence that our property would sell relatively quickly and at a price that we felt the property was worth. We were very satisfied with the entire process from taking great photos and video recordings to formulating great marketing packages and appropriately positioned signage, everything ran very smoothly. We highly recommend a two-agent marketing team and, in particular, Nicky and Robin.
