Working with Cheryl while buying our first home was such a pleasure. It had been an extremely stressful time until we meet up with Cheryl, who put us at ease straight away and brought the excitement back into the process. Thank you Cheryl for making us feel important and assisting us with purchasing our forever home. We really do appreciate it.

Sharon is extremely knowledgeable on realestate procedures and best practices to achieve a successful sale, for example ordering the LIM report to have available for the purchaser’s for an early sale. Sharon was always punctual and available to answer my queries and concerns, and helpful in suggesting how to prepare my interior to maximise the photos. The open days were chosen at a time to maximise the home and attendance and she was happy to be present and ask any questions the attendees were asking. Sharon always presented herself in a professional manner and new the market valuation and was determined to make a good sale price, and was not going to accept a lower offer to facilitate a quick sale.

Cheryl was an absolutely fantastic agent! She was very knowledgeable and knew the area I was selling my house in really well. She was great at keeping in touch and explained everything clearly about the selling process. She was always quick to respond to my emails and texts and keep me updated. When we encountered a few bumps prior to going to market she was incredible and did lots of work to find out information and get everything back on track which was very very appreciated!! She was so lovely to work with and I was very very happy with the outcome of selling my house. Cheryl helped me get a lot more than I expected which was amazing!!! Would 100% recommend her to anyone and will def use her again in future if we are buying/selling.

Malcolm and his wife Kay were fantastic to work with. I was a buyer not located in Christchurch. They went out of their way to show me around the property (on video and later in person), went the extra mile to go back and inspect parts of it for me again and take photos, on multiple occasions, to answer some questions from the builder who did my building report. Malcolm was very responsive, kept the lines of communication open for all those little things that don't need lawyers, and was overall wonderful to deal with. Would absolutely recommend.

When asked to be contacted via the rental section, he promptly did so. He explained all the options I had, given the circumstances I explained to him,. We came up with a clear plan of attack. I was always keep informed about the response from open days and potentially the price I could expect. Given why I was selling, on auction day we discussed my options ... hold off to get potentially get a better price or sell to a couple just starting out. I was happy to sell. Aaron was easy to work with, understands the market, has a great communication style which puts both the buyer and seller at ease. Great job

It is my absolute pleasure to recommend Cheryl Wright, the Real Estate agent, who recently sold my house. From the time I met Cheryl, I was impressed by her warmth and professionalism. Any question I asked was answered promptly and efficiently and I had my full trust in anything that Cheryl suggested. I have already told my friends that when they are ready to sell their house, to contact Cheryl at Harcourts Four Seasons Realty Bishopdale and they won't be disappointed!
