Extremely Pleased

I recently sold a house with Julia Barnett & Ryan Littler. I was extremely pleased with the performance in the communication and the service from both Julia and Ryan. They went above and beyond. There were too many to say of experiences that were excellent with Julia and Ryan, I just really appreciated the straight talk and that they were always obliging to assist us if we weren’t in Auckland to meet with Tradies and builders. We only did a very short marketing plan, weren’t sure how this was going to go as it was our first time. We were very successful and we sold the property within two weeks and settled quickly too. Happy to recommend them, Mother and son team.

Craig is very friendly and personable; he guided us through the selling process well.

Craig lives and works in this area and he has a deep understanding of the market ups and downs of this area. He is always very professional and engendered confidence in both the potential of our property and the certainty it would sell even when it looked like the market had no interest. He was committed to do what he said he would do eg open homes etc. He was enthusiastic for the potential of our property and marketed it well. We would recommend Craig to other sellers in this area.
