Julia got my house sold in mid 2026 in a difficult sellers market. Proactive and very easy to deal with, a great communicator with solid follow up on all things and market insights that were on the money. Julia and Ryan made a good team with good open home presence and feedback. Even just good common sense and general awareness of all things big and smalI which I think most people don’t come to expect from sales people which great. This is the second time I’ve used Julia at Barfoots, and wouldn’t hesitate to make it 3 times. After several unfortunate experiences with other local agents (not Barfoot & Thompson agents), Lucy and Craig restored our faith in the industry. Communication was impeccable throughout, with information relayed promptly and accurately between the Vendors and ourselves as buyers. On auction day they could not have been more supportive in guiding us through the process, and after-sales follow up has ensured that any lingering questions have been addressed politely and professionally. We appreciate that they were acting for the sellers, not for us, but nonetheless all dealings with Lucy and Craig have been of the highest order (and, mercifully, free of the shallow and obvious sales subterfuge of other local agents). I have absolutely no hesitation in highly recommending Lucy and Craig.

We couldn't have asked for a better agent to help us sell our home. Lucy was great to deal with from day one.
