Extremely Pleased

I recently sold a house with Julia Barnett & Ryan Littler. I was extremely pleased with the performance in the communication and the service from both Julia and Ryan. They went above and beyond. There were too many to say of experiences that were excellent with Julia and Ryan, I just really appreciated the straight talk and that they were always obliging to assist us if we weren’t in Auckland to meet with Tradies and builders. We only did a very short marketing plan, weren’t sure how this was going to go as it was our first time. We were very successful and we sold the property within two weeks and settled quickly too. Happy to recommend them, Mother and son team.

Craig is very friendly and personable; he guided us through the selling process well.

Craig lives and works in this area and he has a deep understanding of the market ups and downs of this area. He is always very professional and engendered confidence in both the potential of our property and the certainty it would sell even when it looked like the market had no interest. He was committed to do what he said he would do eg open homes etc. He was enthusiastic for the potential of our property and marketed it well. We would recommend Craig to other sellers in this area. Excellent Real Estate Agent across all metrics of my sale process.

Julia got my house sold in mid 2026 in a difficult sellers market. Proactive and very easy to deal with, a great communicator with solid follow up on all things and market insights that were on the money. Julia and Ryan made a good team with good open home presence and feedback. Even just good common sense and general awareness of all things big and smalI which I think most people don’t come to expect from sales people which great. This is the second time I’ve used Julia at Barfoots, and wouldn’t hesitate to make it 3 times. I would recommend to anyone serious about results with a great experience, even under trying market conditions. Seasoned Pro, hardworking and one stop shop, well worth it. A+ Cheers Andy W

Fantastic Holistic Experience

After several unfortunate experiences with other local agents (not Barfoot & Thompson agents), Lucy and Craig restored our faith in the industry. Communication was impeccable throughout, with information relayed promptly and accurately between the Vendors and ourselves as buyers. On auction day they could not have been more supportive in guiding us through the process, and after-sales follow up has ensured that any lingering questions have been addressed politely and professionally. We appreciate that they were acting for the sellers, not for us, but nonetheless all dealings with Lucy and Craig have been of the highest order (and, mercifully, free of the shallow and obvious sales subterfuge of other local agents). I have absolutely no hesitation in highly recommending Lucy and Craig.
