Communication was impeccable throughout, with information relayed promptly and accurately between the Vendors and ourselves as buyers. On auction day they could not have been more supportive in guiding us through the process, and after-sales follow up has ensured that any lingering questions have been addressed politely and professionally. We appreciate that they were acting for the sellers, not for us, but nonetheless all dealings with Lucy and Craig have been of the highest order (and, mercifully, free of the shallow and obvious sales subterfuge of other local agents). We sold our home with Lucy and Priya and have nothing but great things to say about them both. In a very quiet local market we enjoyed a good amount of open home attendance and private viewings with a relatively quick sale (and still with more viewings right until the sold sign went up!). From the outset we valued the genuine passion Lucy had for our home sale, her immense professionalism, and her knowledge of Piha and Piha properties (and the market here) due to living locally, and we believed all of this would carry through to her interaction with buyers for the most successful outcome, which it did.
