Julia and Ryan were excellent to work with to sell our property in a tough market. We are really pleased that we used a local agent as they knew the market really well and also were available to show buyers through at short notice given they both lived so close. They remained positive throughout the 3 week campaign and we were able to successfully sell at auction in a tough market with multiple buyers bidding at auction.
