From the get-go, Glenn made the whole process easy for us. We struck up a genuine connection and rapport with him, and he really went in to bat for us with the vendors right down to the day that we went unconditional. He couldn't have been more supportive and helpful. This was our first home purchase, and we felt out of our depth and a little unsure, based on previous open homes and how 'pushy' some of the other real estate agents had been. My wife and I both feel very fortunate to have met Glenn. He has set the standard and my expectations for what a real estate agent should be - I really feel for any real estate agents I might encounter in the future, because they'll have to live up to what I'm calling the 'Glenn factor'. Again, I cannot fault Glenn, and I really hope that our paths cross again in the future.
