Fazal jas put a lot of effort in to sell our home in Fosters Bay. We got off to a "rocky start" . As time past I feel the understanding of both sides improved. There was a point when I feel we were having a "price reduction" suggested when we finally sold the house it was 97.2% of our original asking price.
