Selling / buying property these days seems fraught with pitfalls and gotchas. Micheal was able to steer us through all of it with his friendly relatable and knowledgeable approach. His wariness and caution of any potential liabilities gave us confidence and trust in his abilities. From dealing with Body Corp on our behalf (which changed companies during the sale process just to complicate matters), liaising with our lawyers, minute details such as detailing the chattels and personally attending the building report survey.
