I cannot recommend Kiah from Lodge Realty enough. We decided to sell our property in Australia and move back to New Zealand on a whim, and if that wasn’t going to be stressful enough, we also decided to purchase a property in New Zealand at the same time, without being able to view it ourselves. She exceeded all expectations and accommodated our requests for information on the property and to have people view the property on our behalf. Her knowledge, patience and understanding were invaluable when I got dates wrong and she had to redo the sale contract several times, and when I had questions about the purchase process and New Zealand property market and how they differed from Australia. She answered every question we had, explained everything step by step and guided us along the way with an amazing calming ability yet upbeat and infectious energy at the same time. She went above and beyond to make sure the sale went through. She looked after not only her sellers but us as purchasers as well. I have great respect for Kiah as a person and as an agent, and I wouldn’t hesitate to contact her should we need to sell/buy in the future.

A key moment that really captured who Kiah is as an agent was when I was heading overseas - a maintenance issue arose. I called her feeling overwhelmed and said perhaps this just wasn't our time! Kiah reassured us it was manageable, and, that same day, arranged a trusted builder to assess and quote the work. She then liaised directly with him while I was overseas. It showed her genuine investment in us as people, not simply clients. Throughout the campaign, Kiah was incredibly communicative and responsive to the market, while always sensitive to us as homeowners. She continually reflected on the campaign, refining wording and marketing details to ensure our home was presenting its true assets and value. Her approach was researched, considered and responsive to an ever-moving market. Kiah was equally patient with buyers, giving people the genuine human space needed to connect with a home. This ultimately brought us multiple offers and enabled us to move on to our next adventure, just around the corner in Hayes Paddock. We couldn't recommend Kiah more highly. She is a wonderful agent and a genuinely good human. It's clear she has chosen real estate because she loves people, life and living - and wants to make people's lives better!

Kiah was great to deal with throughout the process. Communication was always quick and she was very responsive whenever we had questions or needed an update. She was easy to get hold of, helpful with anything we needed and always kept things moving along. Overall, a really positive experience and we’d happily deal with Kiah again.
