Based on my personal experience, I strongly recommend having the property independently inspected before purchasing a house sold by Hitesh. I recently bought a house that was advertised as fully renovated, but after settlement I discovered several issues, including leaking gutters, a non-functioning hot-water cylinder, broken roof tiles, and newly installed lights that do not work properly. I also found concerns with the quality and standard of the renovation work. He buy the house with his wife and friends, and renovate very cheaply and sell. Some of the information provided to me before purchase did not match the condition of the property. I have photographs, documentation, and other evidence relating to the issues and work carried out. Please think twice before buy the house from Hitesh.

When I give a property to Hitesh for sale, I let go of everything and simply relax. He handles all aspects, and within a brief timeframe, I receive updates that everything is completed, allowing me to concentrate on my next project.
