Selling / buying property these days seems fraught with pitfalls and gotchas. Micheal was able to steer us through all of it with his friendly relatable and knowledgeable approach. From dealing with Body Corp on our behalf (which changed companies during the sale process just to complicate matters), liaising with our lawyers, minute details such as detailing the chattels and personally attending the building report survey. I have lost count of the number of open homes and the hours Micheal has put in to this sale. The market is slow and he persuaded us to allow him to persevere when we were ready to give up.
