Even though the house was tenanted, had limited presentation opportunities, and the market was challenging, he worked hard, brought through multiple offers, and achieved the best possible result. I was recommended Tim as my realtor by a long time friend, but still: Tim exceeded my expectations far beyond what I was imagining. Megan contacted me to see if she could market our Woodstock Units and has been amazing from her initial phone call. She is relentless with her marketing and open homes. Several agents have marketed my woodstock development and none of them got close to getting offers. Megan had offers within the first month. She also sold one of my Ruakiwi units within 2 weeks of marketing which 3 other agents couldn't sell after months of marketing. Highly recommended and will be my go to agent going forward
