Melissa knew all the answers to all my questions including rent appraisal, body corp etc She also put me in contact with the rental agency who manage the property which has enabled the transition to be simple for me and the tenants. I can highly recommend her for her excellent interpersonal skills and real estate knowledge .

She held open homes both days of every weekend the flat was on the market, and gave immediate feedback after each one.
