Timely followup and excellent communication throughout the process. Sarah also offers insight to the market conditions and ultimately the point at which the best offer is on the table and whether to accept or not. She is warm, friendly and down to earth, extremely thorough and professional, I would not hesitate to use Sarah again and will be recommending her to others.
