An incredible agent (and team!) From day one very clear expectations were set, communication channels opened and we were kept 110% up to date on everything. Being on the other side of the world, Matt, Pearl and team went above and beyond, arranging lockboxes, handymen to help fix maintenance issues ahead of the sale and also to work some silly hours to ensure that we were always in the loop. While the final price was below our initial expectations and some online estimates, we recognise the market realities and prioritised securing a sale without a prolonged process. Where we would have benefited from more support was earlier in the process — specifically around identifying and resolving potential issues before going to market.
