In particular we appreciated the effort to help us get the property ready for sale, including helping us get access to trusted tradespeople and stagers etc. The creation of a WhatsApp group to keep us informed with regular updates right through to us going unconditional was really useful. They were also responsive to any questions we had on the group and always went the extra mile.
