Derek is so present in the community and has obvious care and relationship within it. I trusted him from the beginning and felt safe to follow his advice and I am so glad I did. My house was sold within the first week of it being on the market!! I knew he wanted the best possible result for both myself and the buyer and I feel confident that we both got it.
