Great experience from start to finish. Was a bit of a bumpy ride as I was selling this on behalf of my neighbour who had had to move into a resthome suddenly after loosing his wife last year. But we got there in the end with a lot of teamwork and laughs a long the way. The biggest hurdle was the no CCC. But we got there and it wasn't as painful as we were expecting. Andy knew the market well and had potential buyers lined up to view the property when it went to market. We got several offers at the end of the marketing company which was great. We were very impressed with Andy and his teams work ethic, whilst we were selling our house he went over and above to assist us with finding a place as well.
