We listed our home at a time when the whole world economy was severely impacted by the Iran war, the closure of the Straits of Hormuz and the cost of living crisis and the market was slow. However, we achieved a very good outcome which we put down to the commitment of both Grant and his fellow agents from Village Real Estate.
