I had such a positive experience dealing with Ryan throughout the purchase of my home. As a buyer, I had plenty of questions and wanted to make sure I properly understood what I was buying before making such a big commitment. Ryan was always responsive, straightforward and happy to provide the information I needed. What I appreciated most was how easy he and his lovely assistant Laura was to deal with. I never felt pressured or like any of my questions were an inconvenience. His communication was clear and practical, and he continued to be helpful when I had questions about the property and its setup. Buying a home can be pretty overwhelming, particularly when you’re trying to do your due diligence and make the right decision, but my experience with Ryan was genuinely a really positive one. He was professional while still being approachable and down to earth, which made a huge difference. Im now very happily settled into my home, and I think the best endorsement I can give Ryan is that Ivee already passed his details on to 3 of my friends who are looking to sell their homes in the Hutt area. I wouldnt recommend someone unless I genuinely trusted them to look after them, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ryan again. Look out for the name Mirko, Ryan! 😀
