Excellent experience 10/10 🌟🌟🌟

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ From the very first time I met Michael, we just clicked. Obviously, having another Michael in the room meant we were off to a great start 😂. We connected straight away over football, had plenty of laughs, and I could immediately tell he was genuine, knowledgeable and someone we could trust. When Tayla and I first viewed the property, I liked it enough that I brought my dad back because I thought, this could be the one. As dads do, he gave us his honest opinion, and even he connected really well with Michael. Andrea, who was working alongside Michael, also connected with my dad over women's cricket, which was awesome. From that point, we genuinely felt like we were dealing with people who had our best interests at heart. Throughout the whole process, Michael went above and beyond. We probably set the Guinness World Record for the number of times the sale and purchase agreement was written and rewritten 😂, but he was always patient and made sure everything was tailored to what we needed. He was fantastic throughout the negotiations, helping us get the deal right, and organising the builder for our building report. He kept us updated, communicated incredibly well and made what can be a stressful process feel easy. What really stood out was that Michael genuinely cared about us, not just selling a house. He regularly checked in, made sure Tayla was doing okay, and even made an effort with my family. He absolutely didn't have to do that, but it showed the kind of person he is. 10/10 from Tayla and me. We couldn't recommend Michael highly enough. If we're ever buying another property, he'll be the first person we call!
