Agencies in Three Kings, Auckland

Professional and personable, I found Sylvia approachable and always quick to follow up on interested purchasers, along with sharing feedback on our property.

This is the 2nd property that Gurvik has sold for me and also helped in buying the property recently sold. Gurvik communicated every step throughout the recent open home process and his positive expectations were extremely helpful. He has always made himself available to explain anything. Gurvik keeps up to date and has great knowledge to do with trending sales in my area. Gurviks helpful, trustworthy personality has been an asset in the outcome of this sale, keeping me on track and positive. I happily recommend Gurvik to any prospective buyers/sellers.

Like many first home buyers, I have plenty of questions about the home-buying process but Gurvik was always handy to answer those questions in a calm and professional way. He is an honest and trustworthy person which was a very big thing for me. Gurvik did his best to make things work balancing the interest of the vendor and myself. I highly recommend Gurvik for his great knowledge of the Glenfield and Bayview area but most of all for his integrity.
